ICAI understands that Revenue have commenced a review of all sub contractors whose C2's are due for renewal at the end of this year.

Apparently, a significant number of letters are to issue to cases which Revenue regard as non-compliant cases. C2's will not issue until these cases are brought up to date where appropriate. Revenue have asked us to mention that they will not be issuing a further reminder to these cases.
