Revenue have published the updated Guide to Self Assessment (IT 10) on their website. This replaces the previous Guide which had been published this time last year.

There are a number of changes to the Guide, including

• A full list of contact details for all Revenue offices is included in Appendix 2.
• Update on the position in relation to submission of accounts to take account of the removal of the €20m threshold.
• Updated chapters on Pay and File System; Revenue On-line Service (ROS); PRSI and Health Contributions; and Revenue Audit and Records which take into account the changes in those areas in the past year.

Revenue have published updated lists on their website in relation to eligible charities for donations, bodies with charitable tax exemption, sports bodies with tax exemption and significant buildings and gardens.
