Working with Tax Agents Draft Legislation
The consultation period for HMRC's published draft legislation on deliberate wrongdoing by tax agents closed on 28th April.
As part of Chartered Accountants Ireland's submissions work on behalf of members, the Northern Ireland Tax Committee headed by Eamonn Donaghy made a submission on this draft legislation. The submission is reproduced here.
