Stamp Duty

Revenue has updated the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) relating to changes in procedures introduced as part of the new e-Stamping system. The updated FAQs and information on the e-Stamping system are available on the Revenue website at. http://www.revenue.ie/en/tax/stamp-duty/e-stamping/index.html. Revenue has also made Regulations – S.I. No. 395 of 2010 in accordance with section 75(5)(a) Stamp Duty Consolidation Act (Relief for intermediaries). Notice of the Regulations was published in Iris Oifigiúil.
