Companies Form (No. 2) Regulations 2010 - S.I. No. 436 of 2010

The Minister for Enterprise Trade and Innovation has made Regulations as entitled above. The purpose of the Regulations is to amend and update the Form H5 which concerns a return to the Registrar by a company purchasing its own shares and/or shares in a holding company.
