Accelerated Capital Allowances for Energy Efficient Equipment - S.I. No. 501 of 2010

As provided for under section 285A TCA 1997 the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources has made S.I. No. 501 of 2010 which updates the energy efficient products whose capital cost will be eligible for accelerated capital allowances and the energy efficiency criteria used to determine eligibility for inclusion on those product lists. Notice of the Order was published in Iris Oifigiúil.
