Revenue has published a new version of Chapter 17 of the Pensions Manual on their website. The substantive change is an amended paragraph 10. This is to reflect the Revenue's position on the qualifying conditions to be met by an individual in order to be considered a ‘relevant migrant member’ for the purpose of relief on contributions to an overseas pension plan established in another EU Member State.
