New forms to enable business customers to register new partnerships and partners for Self-Assessment are now available on HMRC's website.

HMRC worked in partnership with agent representatives from Working Together's Agent Registration and Authorisation working group to develop these forms which have been available on a trial basis to tax agents and advisers since October 2010.

HMRC have used the trial period to take on board feedback from agents using the forms which have now been made available to all taxpayers.
