Beneficial Loan arrangements: Official Rate of Interest

Since 6 April 2010, the official rate of interest that has applied to beneficial loans is 4.00%. HMRC have now confirmed that this will be frozen for the 2011/12 tax year, subject to review in the event of significant rate changes.
