Revenue has confirmed that the ROS extended self-assessed income tax pay and file deadline for this year is Tuesday 15 November 2011. To avail of this extended deadline, taxpayers must both file their Form 11 tax return, and pay the appropriate tax due, through ROS. Where only one, or none, of these actions is completed on ROS, the extended deadline will not apply and taxpayers must submit both their return and appropriate payment by Monday 31 October 2011.
