Revenue have announced that they introduced changes to the ROS Inbox and Information Services (Revenue Record) on the ROS system.

These main features of the new system include:

• An agent or customer can view a list of correspondence with Revenue in a mailbox format and navigate specific content.
• Navigation to a number of new information services
• Buttons to print, archive content and export items for external use
