Reduced Rate of Inheritance Tax

HMRC guidance on the new reduced rate of Inheritance Tax for a 10% donation to a registered charity is now available.

In addition there is a new calculator that will either work out the charity donation required to qualify for the reduced rate or will advise whether a bequest already made is sufficient to qualify for the reduced rate.
