HMRC have announced that the above guidance in the International Manual has now been republished. The guidance features a major rewrite and update about transfer pricing for direct taxes. HMRC were also keen to rework the structure to present information in a more logical way, with more hyperlinks to other subjects in the manual. The reworked guidance is available on the HMRC website.
