The above two Orders have been made by the Minister for Finance and provide for the retention of the VAT scheme to refund exempt coach operators, subject to certain conditions, of VAT paid on touring coaches of certain age and dimension and for the refund of VAT paid by farmers on the construction of farm buildings, fencing, drainage and reclamation of farmland.
