Following on from the announcement that the Autumn Statement will be delivered by the Chancellor on Wednesday 5 December, in a Written Ministerial Statement the Exchequer Secretary has announced that draft Finance Bill clauses will be published the following week on 11 December.

The draft clauses will be open for comment up to 6 February 2013.
