UK/India Protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement

A Protocol to the Double Taxation Agreement between the UK and India was signed in London last month.

The Protocol updates the existing Double Taxation Agreement of 1993 and is available on the HMRC website. The Protocol enters into force once both countries have completed their legislative procedures.
