New forms relating to REITs and ILPs have been published by Revenue.

The forms are:

• Form REIT1 - Notice by a company electing to be a REIT
• Form REIT2 - Notice by the principal company of a group electing to be a group REIT
• Form REIT3 - Statement by Real Estate Investment Trust for accounting period
• Form ILP1 - Statement by Investment Limited Partnership for Year of Assessment
