Revenue has published an updated version of their leaflet on the VAT Margin Scheme for second hand goods. The leaflet sets out the VAT treatment of works of art, collectors’ items and antiques, and second-hand movable goods under the VAT Margin Scheme. The leaflet is published on the Revenue website.
