Revenue has updated their Collection Manual to include revised procedures for Tax Clearance in respect of Public Sector contracts, grants, subsidies and similar type payments.

The Tax Clearance section of the manual has also been updated and amended at:

• Point 5.3 – A current TCC is required by law for the operation of certain types of businesses. The schedule showing the legal basis for this requirement has been updated.
• Point 11.4 - Updated Revenue contact details for non-resident applicants.

The updated manual is published on the Revenue website.
