Revenue has provided guidance on how taxpayers whose affairs are dealt with by the Large Cases Division (LCD) should seek an opinion or confirmation from Revenue in relation to a particular tax issue. The guidance also lists the information that taxpayers must supply where the EU/OECD exchange of information requirements apply.
