As a result of the filing facility for DAC2/CRS returns being unavailable, the filing deadline has been extended to 18 August 2017. Revenue is awaiting the business and validation rules which will be supplied by the European Commission. The DAC2/CRS registration facility is available and filers should register as soon as possible. The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) filing deadline is not affected.
