HMRC is setting up a new online system for reporting newly established trusts to conform with EU Anti Money Laundering requirements.

The regulations giving details of the reporting requirements have now been approved and came into force with effect from 26 June 2017. They are the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, SI 2017/692.
