Serbia joins Multilateral BEPS Convention

Serbia recently deposited its instrument of ratification for the Multilateral convention to implement tax treaty related measures to prevent base erosion and profit shifting (MLI) with the OECD.

The MLI already covers over 75 jurisdictions and will enter into force on 1st July 2018. The MLI will modify existing bilateral tax treaties to implement the tax treaty measures developed as part of the OECD/G20 BEPS Project.
