Revenue published updates to some of their existing Tax and Duty VAT Manuals in recent weeks, the updates are as follows:

• Following discussions at recent TALC meetings, Revenue produced updated guidance setting out the VAT treatment where assets are sold by way of a transfer of business.
• Some of the VAT guidance on motor vehicles and the Capital Goods Scheme have been reorganised into different manuals. You can read full details of these changes in Revenue eBrief No. 150/18.
