Non-executive directors expenses

Revenue’s guidance on Expenses of Travel – Non-Executive Directors Attending Board Meetings has been updated to incorporate the contents of Tax and Duty manual’s Part 07-01-36 and Part 07-01-39 that covered exemptions of certain expense payments for resident and non-resident relevant directors.
