Countries ratify the MLI

Jordan has signed the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI).

Liechtenstein deposited its instrument of ratification for the MLI, which will enter into force on 1 April 2020.

Cyprus and Saudi Arabia have also deposited their instrument of ratification for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS). The MLI enters into force on 1 May 2020 in both countries.
