IR 35 extension of off-payroll working rules – deferral to April 2021 changes

Ahead of the proposed changes to the IR35 rules from April 2020, which were due to extend the off-payroll working rules to the private sector, HMRC announced recently that these are being deferred until April 2021 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
