Key Employee Enagement Programme (KEEP)

Chapter 9 of the consolidated Share Scheme Manual, which deals with the Key Employee Engagement Programme (KEEP), has been updated. The main changes include:

  • information on the new employer return, KEEP1, which is due to be filed by employers on or by 31 March 2019 in respect of share options granted, exercised, transferred or released during 2018
  • details of the Finance Act 2018 changes.
