Distributions

Tax and Duty Manual Part 06-02-02, which deals with matters relating to distributions, has been updated.

The update makes reference to the provisions of s135(2A) and s135(3A) which relate to ‘close companies’.

Some minor changes have been made to the internal references in this Manual.
