Compliance Code for PAYE Taxpayers

A new Compliance Code for PAYE Taxpayers has been published which describes Revenue’s PAYE compliance programme and explains in detail the nature and scope of PAYE compliance interventions. It also advises PAYE taxpayers of how they can regularise their tax affairs should there be any error(s) or omission(s).

The Code is now available on the Revenue website at: Tax Practitioners – Codes of Practice and also at Personal Tax – PAYE Employee.
