New e-Stamping Regulations

The Revenue Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 17A of the Stamp Duties Consolidation Act 1999, have made regulations (PDF, 71KB) in relation to the operation of the e-stamping system which is to come into operation on 30 December 2009.
