Update to VAT Tax and Duty Manual - Part 3 - Financial Services

The VAT Tax and Duty Manual has been updated. Three new manuals have been created to provide guidance on:

• the VAT treatment of Personal Contract Plans (PCPs) in accordance with the recent judgment in the Mercedes Benz case (C-164/16↗).
• VAT deductibility for life insurance companies.
• VAT deductibility for the funds industry
