20 Specified period where there is no promoter

Subject to Regulation 21, where the specified information referred to in Regulation 16 is to be provided under section 817G of the Principal Act, the period of time shall be the period of 30 days beginning on the day after the day the person enters into the first transaction forming part of the disclosable transaction.
