32 Return of certain relevant emoluments by employer

A Revenue officer may give notice to an employer requiring the employer to send a return of any relevant emoluments paid by that employer to or on behalf of any employee for any USC year, being relevant emoluments that are not paid to or on behalf of the employee until after the end of that USC year, and any such return shall be sent to that Revenue officer within the period specified in the notice.
