5 Financial position of the local authority

(1) A summary of the financial position of the local authority, as specified in Section 20(2A)(b) of the Act, shall be prepared under the direction of the Chief Executive.

(2) The summary of the financial position referred to in paragraph (1) shall be given in the format specified in Schedule 2.
