15. Other person engaged

Where a relevant person engages, or arranges for, another person to provide goods, services or facilities, such goods, services or facilities shall not be qualifying expenditure unless that other person is also a relevant person and the goods, services and facilities are provided as part of the business carried on from the fixed place of business in the State.
