UK Tax Law – Rewrite of Corporation Tax and Money Laundering

HMRC have published draft clauses and explanatory notes on various topics in the rewrite of corporation tax, for public consultation. Comments on the draft clauses are invited by 11 May 2007. Draft Money Laundering Regulations have also been published.

The government has also published draft Money Laundering Regulations 2007 for consultation.
