The EU Council met in Luxembourg on 5 June to discuss VAT fraud, VAT package, CCCTB, Transfer Pricing, and Business Taxation Code of Conduct. The Council has adopted the conclusions on combating tax fraud, the VAT package, and transfer pricing at the ECOFIN meeting.
