OECD: Attribution of Profits to Permanent Establishments

The OECD has published a revised draft of Part IV (Insurance) of its Report on the Attribution of Profits to Permanent Establishments. The revised draft replaces the original draft, released in June 2005. Comments may be submitted by 31 October 2007.

Also, a consultation meeting with interested parties will be held in Paris on 26 November 2007.
