OECD: Comments on Model Tax Convention

In Section 1.32 of the June issue of tax.point, it was noted that the OECD Committee on Fiscal Affairs had released the draft contents of the 2008 update to the OECD Model Tax Convention. Comments received on the draft have now been published.
