Revenue have published replies to frequently asked questions (FAQs) in relation to the new VAT on Property provisions. The FAQs have been prepared in conjunction with the representative bodies on the TALC Indirect Taxes Sub-Committee who submitted questions for inclusion.

The FAQs are reproduced at Section 2.06. It is expected that the number of questions and answers will be added to over time as further issues arise.
