Factsheets ES/FS1 (aimed at workers) and ES/FS2 (aimed at employers/contractors) replace leaflet IR56 and help customers decide whether workers are employed or self-employed for tax and National Insurance purposes. Customers should no longer refer to leaflet IR56.
