eBrief 60/2008 reminds taxpayers and practitioners of reporting requirements in the Foreign Income section of the Form 11 2007. The 2007 Tax Return due for submission was considered incomplete if foreign investments are not correctly reported.

eBriefing No. 60/2008 also confirms that the 2008 ROS Form 11 will be available this year from 6 December. This online return will provide additional entries to include the name and address details of up to 10 foreign investment products on the return.
