We have been advised by Revenue that, due to a technical problem, some timely filed 2007 paper Forms 11 were surcharged in error. This resulted in the issue of 448 incorrect notices of assessment.

Amended assessments have been issued to all the affected cases. Revenue apologises for the inconvenience caused.
