Revenue have updated their lists of approved bodies under TCA97 sections 207 and 235. The list of approved hospitals and nursing homes (under s469) has also been updated. In addition, Revenue have published the charities authorised at 27 January 2009 under the Scheme of Tax Relief for Donations to eligible Charities and other Approved Bodies under the terms of TCA97 s848A.
