OECD: Information Exchange Agreements
Gibraltar and the United States have signed a bilateral arrangement for the exchange of information for tax purposes. Also, Bermuda has signed 8 new tax information exchange agreements.
The agreement between Gibraltar and the United States was signed on March 2009. This is the first such agreement entered into by Gibraltar.
The 8 new tax information exchange agreements Bermuda has signed are with 7 Nordic economies – Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway and the Faroe Islands, and with New Zealand. This brings to 11 the number of such agreements it has entered into.
