1.27 New Penalties for Late Payment of PAYE

From 2010-11 HMRC intends to implement new penalties for late payment of PAYE, including tax, NICs and CIS.

They have issued a factsheet which sets out who the new penalties apply to, how much they will be and when they will be issued.
