Finance Bill 2010 (“Bill”) was signed by the President on Saturday 3 April and is now enacted. The Bill as passed by Dáil Éireann was subject to one further recommendation at Committee Stage in the Seanad which provides for a review of tax expenditures within three months from the passing of the Bill. At the time of writing it is expected that Finance Act 2010 will be published and available within the month.
