Our members continue to report instances of decline in HMRC service areas. At the time of writting, we are in the process of finalising a submission to HMRC to discuss particular areas of concern which have arisen. As part of that process we will be in direct contact with all of the contributors to our original request to ascertain if the issues highlighted continue to be a problem.

Before we are able to present our case directly to HMRC we need to ensure this is watertight and each issue highlighted is able to be backed up by pertinent examples. So please be aware, where you have not provided us with direct examples, we will be asking you to do so. We will not be including individual taxpayer names in our submission but we need to ensure that, if HMRC ask for supporting examples we are able to provide these. Of course we will not do so without your express permission.
