The mandatory disclosure legislation which was introduced in Finance Act 2010 was amended by Finance Act 2011 to align it with that of the Regulations which were published with the approval of the Minister for Finance last month. The relevant forms to be used in disclosing transaction details as well as client lists have now been published and are available from http://www.revenue.ie/en/practitioner/law/mandatory-disclosure.html.
